We take care to display all motifs as true-to-life as possible. Depending on the screen, device settings and lighting conditions, colours may differ slightly from the original.

What resolution is my image printed with?

Our printers are among the most modern on the market and print with a resolution of 1200 x 3600 dpi.

Is the uploaded image checked for sufficient quality?

After the upload, your image is automatically checked for the number of pixels and the maximum possible print format is calculated. If you cannot enter your desired format, the resolution of your image is too low. If you can enter your desired format, the resolution is sufficient. Additionally, every file is checked by our graphic designers before printing. If in doubt, we will contact you.

Are there any restrictions on the file size?

Your image should be at least 2 MB and a maximum of 500 MB.

Which file formats are accepted?

You can upload JPG, TIFF and PNG files.

Goods ordered from Artiago are always made to the specified dimensions according to customer specifications. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal or return.

Product defects or manufacturing errors are best reported in writing to support@artiago.art. Please document the defects with photos if possible. Faulty products will be replaced immediately and free of charge.
